For many families in the communities we serve, the cost of a backpack, exercise books and pens can stand between a child and the classroom. Women of the Kingdom hands these supplies directly to pupils so that the start of a new term is a moment of hope rather than worry.
On visits to communities such as Biriwa and Gomoa Abonyi in the Central Region, our volunteers distribute school bags, books and learning materials to children and their families. Each item is chosen to lift a little of the burden from parents and to keep children learning.
Every gift of school supplies is a vote of confidence in a child's future — and a reminder that they are seen, valued and supported.
